Perfectly clean hotel, more than adequate and astonishing breakfast, the location is absolutely perfect so close to the historical center of Santa Marta, restaurants, and many stores and restaurants. Caring staff, they know their business. The ambiance is family. We stay in family room quite often, it is good-sized and impeccable. There are lots of supplies like: a safe, a work desk, and a TV. Thank you for a really good stay.

The hotel features a thoughtful foot washing station for beachgoers, awesome for a hassle-free transition from sand to hotel.
I found the check-in process to be notably slow, which took away from the overall experience upon arrival.

While the hotel's location was decent, the breakfast area had birds scrounging for scraps like it was a buffet for them. And oh, the pool? It was dreadful with sand lurking in the corners. I really expected at least a complimentary drink for these inconveniences. Alas, one can't always receive what one deserves.

The staff is accommodating, especially when I needed help with extending my stay. The vibrant area is full of Colombian and South American tourists, offering an authentic local experience, and the included breakfast featured delicious homemade yogurt, a pleasant surprise. Check-in was annoyingly slow, and the room insulation left much to be desired, resulting in noise disturbances throughout my stay. The air conditioning units were outdated and quite loud during the night.
